Doing the books at 9pm again?

Questions?
We’re glad you asked.
How much does bookkeeping cost?
A fixed monthly fee agreed before any work starts, from $80 a week for straightforward businesses. What moves it is transaction volume, whether you run payroll, and how often you want the books closed. The fee estimator gives you an indicative range in about a minute without talking to anyone.
Estimate your feeWho actually does my books?
One bookkeeper owns your file and stays on it - the same person each month, not whoever is free that week. They work from our Fortitude Valley office, you get their direct line, and neither calls nor emails are ever charged. Every file also runs under chartered oversight through the LINK group.
Do I have to be on Xero?
Eventually yes, and it is a deliberate choice: working in one platform is why your bookkeeper is an expert in it rather than a generalist across four. If you are on MYOB or QuickBooks now, we convert you across with your history intact.
Xero setup and conversionMy books are months behind. Too late?
No, and it is one of the most common ways clients arrive. Catch-up work is quoted as a fixed price after we see the backlog, overdue BAS is lodged by registered agents, and we deal with the ATO on your behalf while it is sorted.
Catch-up bookkeepingThe people who will actually do your books.
Not a call centre and not an offshore queue, a Brisbane team you will know by name.
Working out of Fortitude Valley since 2012.
